About Special Surfers:​ Special Surfers is a non-profit organization sharing the empowering experience of surfing with children and young adults of all ages with special needs. This program provides the public with a view toward the joy a community can bring to the lives of individuals with special needs and their families through volunteerism and generosity.

Volunteer Activity: ​​Each Special Surfers event is a success because of the hundreds of volunteers that show up and make it happen. Whether you are a lifelong surfer, someone who wants to stay dry, or something in between there is a job for you! Read more about volunteer roles here.

Registration: Please note that registering below is for the Office of Alumni Engagement tracking only.  Volunteers will also need to register directly with Special Surfers. Special Surfers registration instructions are included in the confirmation email.
